Warranty Information:

North Creek Components are guaranteed against original manufacturers defects only. Any returns under warranty must be claimed within 90 days from date of purchase and must have prior authorization form North Creek Music Systems, Inc. If you are experiencing any difficulty whatsoever with any of our products, please call, write or fax. We will do our best to resolve the difficulty.

Products which have been damaged by improper installation or abuse are not covered under warranty. Our products are very, very tough, but they are not bullet proof. And let's face it, if one tries hard enough, one can break anything. We can not accept warranty claims for products which have been soldered. North Creek Music Systems, Inc. reserves the right to determine the cause of product failure, and to replace or repair at our option.

In the rare event of damage in shipment, we will provide replacements upon return of the damaged goods.

North Creek Music Systems, Inc. liability is limited only to replacement only of the defective parts. No other liabilities or obligations are written or implied.
